Increase your exposure to natural lights vs. artificial light :
Light is the major environmental modulator of the human circadian rhythm through its effect on the hormone melatonin. Melatonin has many functions in humans, including the regulation of the sleep-wake cycle, immune system and metabolism, and it has anti-cancer properties.
Exposure to artificial light at times of normal darkness, “light at night,” suppresses melatonin and disrupts the natural circadian rhythm. This can lead to sleep disturbance and sleep disorders. These disruptions not only lower our personal frequencies, resulting in fatigue, but they also result in immunosuppression that has been shown to be linked to increased cancers.
Key message: get more exposure to natural light
